Combined gymnastics

Different types of training are combined – step, dumb-bells, rubber bands, horizontal bar, different exercises for problematic body zones, abdominal tightening and stretching. This style helps tighten the whole body and permanently form muscles. The last ten minutes are spent on floor exercises which help form the right proportions for a beautiful silhouette. This class diminishes the fat compounds and increases the work efficiency and resistance to stress, while still improving your mood.
