STEP AEROBIC

An aerobics style, which is executed with the help of a specific platform – the step. The exercises include basic steps and squats. The moves imitate going up and down the stairs.

Depending on the exercises, different muscle groups are worked on and consequently the one-hour class encompasses the strengthening of the whole body.
