The FAT BURNING class combines several cardio styles. It’s a combination of 30 minutes “SPINNING”, which aims to burn the maximum amount of calories possible, after which we have a 30 minute work-out for the problematic parts of the body, with specific exercises with different equipment – dumb-bells, fitness balls, rubber bands. To round the class off, there is a 30 minute stretching with elements of Pilates and Body Flex (gymnastics with deep diaphragm breathing).
