In callanetics every exercise trains a different part of the body – the thighs, the waist or the hips. Through very specific moves, which are sometimes repeated up to 100 times, you train your deep musculature. You work on the problematic parts of your body and burn fat cells at the same time. The exercises are soft and graceful and their success depends on how accurate they’re executed. This class is great for people of all ages – from 15 to 65.
