Do I need to sign up beforehand to take part in the classes?
You can join the Aerobics, Tea Bo, Pilates, Zumba, Yoga and Bulgarian folklore dance classes in any time. We expect you directly in the sports hall in your chosen class from our schedule.
OBLIGATORY SIGN UP on the same day for the SPINNING, Kangoo Jumps and Fat Burning classes (due to limited class size). Please call 0886 454 405.
Are there beginner and advanced classes?
In the Bulgarian folklore dance classes, there are different groups depending on the student’s expertise level, but there is still no advance sign up. You should only stick to a time and class level that fits your needs. If you require any help, please contact one of our dance teachers directly on place.
For all of the other classes, there are no specific groups for beginner and advanced students. Our instructors have an individual approach to every client, taking into consideration their specific needs. The instructor assigns a specific tempo and watches closely if the exercise is done correctly. All you need for the classes are comfortable clothes and comfortable sneakers.
Where can I change my clothes?
The Sports hall has spacious male and female changing rooms with suitable wardrobes, bathrooms and a relaxation corner. If need you will be provided a towel by Be Shape studio. Vitamin-rich bar for body strengthening after the class
What about the class and my clothes?
For the aerobic and dance classes, you need sports clothes (tracksuit, yoga pants, cotton T-shirt), clean and comfortable sports shoes or sneakers.
For Yoga, Pilates, Port des Bras and Body Flex you need comfortable clothing, in which you will feel well. Simple yoga pants or sleeveless shirt/T-shirt. In the abovementioned classes you need to be barefoot, with socks or with very soft shoes.
For the Spinning class, it’s recommended to train in sneakers with a thick or stiff sole (for running, volleyball, tennis, etx.), so that any discomfort from the bike pedals can be avoided and for additional safety while you’re training.
For the Kangoo Jumps Class, it’s recommended to train with cotton knee-length socks or wool gaiters. For more enjoyment and comfort.
It’s recommended to have a bottle of water, which can also be bought at the studio, because during classes you lose a lot of liquids and this can lead to dehydration.
